All orders are processed through Chit Chat, international orders will instantly transition to local post once they have reached their destination country.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout, as we cannot modify it after the order has been dispatched. If changes are needed post-dispatch, it will be the recipient's responsibility to arrange for rerouting.

Please allow time for processing pre-orders.

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders that have are already been processed.

Changes include: updated address, updated items or sizes. Kindly double-check this information before completing your checkout.

Returns + Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase. As our items are made once demand is met.
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
• Sale items and custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

For international refunds and exchanges, please contact us directly. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
